Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead / Senior Specialist Microsoft Dynamics 365 with 812 years of expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Customer Service, Field Service, Power Automate, Azure integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and CRM customizations. This role involves leading solution development, mentoring team members, and ensuring adherence to best practices within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Develop Power Automate flows and integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with Azure services.
• Work with Azure services such as:
• Azure Data Factory
• Azure Synapse
• Logic Apps
• Function Apps
• Lead Agile ceremonies, conduct requirement analysis, and participate in solution design.
• Mentor developers, conduct peer reviews, and promote software development best practices.
• Translate functional specifications into detailed technical specifications.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues by analyzing logs, code, data, and documentation.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and features in Office 365 and Azure technologies.
• Ensure adherence to the organizations Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes.

Technical Skills

Mandatory Skills:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Customer Service
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales

Required Technical Expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement).
• Expertise in:
• Power Automate
• PowerApps (Model-driven apps)
• Microsoft Portals
• Proficiency in Azure services and integration patterns.
• Strong programming experience with:
• JavaScript
• C# plugin development
• SQL Server
• SSIS
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and analytics.
• Knowledge of:
• Office 365
• Microsoft Graph API
• Power Automate Flow
• Ability to develop:
• Entities
• Forms
• Views
• Workflows
• Business Process Flows (BPF)
