Job Description
.CLIENT: Our client offers best-in-class solutions to meet the motion needs of Global OEM customers in Medical devices,Aerospace,Defence, Auto component industries.
Key Drivers:
- Manage customer quality and warranty claims, ensuring timely closure via 8D methodology, and drive improvements based on PPM trends and VOC (Voice of Customer).
- Presented improvement actions during customer visits, showcasing CAPA effectiveness, MSA
results, and process capability (Cp/Cpk) to enhance customer ratings.
- Develop and maintain control plans, PFMEAs, and SOPs, aligned with ISO 9001, AS9100, and APQP standards to ensure robust QMS compliance.
- Implement quality plans, including COT, FAI, dock audits, and pre-dispatch inspections, reducing rejections and boosting delivery confidence and first-time yield.
Ideal Incumbent:
- Quality Assurance specialist with 7 years in manufacturing, skilled in 8D, RCA, FMEA, and Lean Six Sigma.
- Strong skills in root cause analysis (RCA), using tools such as 5-Why Analysis, 8D Reports, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Fishbone diagrams to resolve the quality issue.
- Focused on defect reduction, CAPA execution, and QMS compliance aligned with ISO standards.
- Ability to understand drawings and formulate inspection methodology.
- Sound knowledge of FMEA techniques, 7 QC tools, SPC, MSA, 8D method
- Problem solving through Six sigma methodology
ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 12LPA
