The Person leads and manages overall corporate and vessel related F & A activity as well as other

administrative activities including statutory compliance, entity management such as handling

corporate secretarial matters, tax, and general office administration.

Key Requirements

Should be a CA/CPA/CFA

Should have 15 plus years of experience in accounts, finance and administration, vessel accounts

Should have good Understanding of accounting principles (IFRS, Indian GAAP)

Hands-on experience about tax return/filing for GST, Corporate income tax, TP

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SAP,Oracle

Advance knowledge of Microsoft office 365.
