We are seeking a seasoned sales leader with 10+ years of experience in offline sales within Equity Broking, Third-Party Products, or Financial Advisory. The role involves building and managing a high-performing sales team, including Area and Branch Managers, while driving business development and P&L performance. The candidate must possess strong expertise in Equity and Third-Party Products. They should also have the capability to build business from a zero client base through a robust offline acquisition model. This role demands exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and strong relationship management.
