Duty Manager

Functional Responsibility:

• Plan and ensure effective functioning of the team round the clock, including insourced and outsourced employees.
• Ensure implementation of AVSEC measures, supervision and coordination of security related activities at airports
• Ensure effective threat assessment & response procedures in place in coordination with HOS and Quality team.
• Maintain performance standard and achieve department goal in line with regulatory and company goal
• liaison with the government agencies, security agencies, other security /safety related departments, airport operator, airport authority and other appropriate authorities responsible for security functions.
• Ensure that staff acquire and maintain necessary skills

Administrative responsibilities:

• Updating of manuals and local procedures
• Ensure competent and qualifies work force are detailed for duty
