About the Role:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering by reputed University by Approved AICTE. 
  •    Minimum 4-5 Years experience in Facility/Asset services of Commercial property. 
  •    Good knowledge in technical specially HVAC, Electrical ,Plumbing, DG set and building related equipment’s.
  •    Good in written/verbal communication.

About You:
 Experience within the Property industry is advantageous
 Strong written and oral communication skills
 High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
