The Tech Stack (Must Haves)

• Core: Duck Creek Policy/Billing/Claims & .NET Core (>6.0)
• Web/Data: IIS, SQL Server
• DevOps: CI/CD Pipelines, GitHub, Deployment Management
• Domain: Strong Insurance knowledge

What Youll Be Doing

• Investigate & Solve: perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production defects.
• Automate: Build automated solutions for recurring issues and drive efficiency.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high code standards through rigorous reviews and automated testing.
• Collaborate: Partner with App Dev and L2 support teams on security remediation and audit compliance.
