Duck Creek Claims Tech Lead (V12)

Location Noida / Gurugram / Bangalore / Pune (Hybrid Work Mode)

We are looking for an experienced Duck Creek Claims Tech Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to lead configuration, customization, and integration of Duck Creek Claims solutions. The role requires strong technical leadership, deep understanding of P&C insurance claims platforms, and hands-on experience in Duck Creek configuration and delivery across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Duck Creek Claims solutions and related integrations.
2. Drive technical architecture, configuration, and customization of Duck Creek Claims modules.
3. Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to translate claims requirements into technical solutions.
4. Guide development teams on best practices, code quality, performance, and platform standards.
5. Oversee integrations with policy, billing, and third-party systems using APIs and messaging frameworks.
6. Support release planning, deployment, defect resolution, and production support.
7. Mentor team members and participate in Agile ceremonies and technical reviews.

Requirements

1. 812 years of IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Duck Creek Claims platform.
2. Must have exprience on Duck creek claims V12
3. Proven experience in Duck Creek configuration, authoring, expressions, workflows, and claims modules.
4. Strong understanding of P&C insurance domain especially claims lifecycle.
5. Experience with integrations, APIs, and enterprise system connectivity.
6. Exposure to .NET / SQL / Web Services / Cloud environments is preferred.
7. Experience working in Agile projects and distributed delivery models.
8. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
