Duck Creek Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duck Creek Insurance Business Analyst to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance domain particularly with Duck Creek technologies and will be responsible for analyzing business requirements designing solutions and ensuring successful implementation of Duck Creek systems

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Duck Creek systems

Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirements

Work closely with development teams to design and implement Duck Creek solutions

Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing Duck Creek systems

Perform system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements

Provide support and training to endusers on Duck Creek systems

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Duck Creek technologies and insurance industry

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain with a focus on Duck Creek technologies

Strong understanding of insurance processes and workflows

Proficiency in Duck Creek Policy Billing and Claims modules

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools

Experience with system integration and data migration projects

PSM or equivalent certification is needed

Certification in Duck Creek technologies is a plus
