Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• A technical lead with strong leadership qualities and good knowledge in P&C Insurance.
• Will be expected to work in a team setting, providing guidance to the junior team members.
• Will be responsible to communicate status and updates to onsite and project manager.
• Should be able to give technical support/guidance and keep the project moving.

Skillset required

• In depth knowledge in Duck Creek architecture and Billing functionalities.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Billing.
• Good understanding of Policy and Billing interactions, ability to understand and analyse business requirements.
• Experience on Agency Billing, Direct Billing, Instalment billing, Accounting Notices, Commission Management etc
• Should have ability to create new bill plan and enable/work on day 2 transactions
• Good knowledge on configuring forms, EFT, Disbursements and Invoices.
• Additional knowledge on integrations like General Ledger, lockbox etc is appreciated.
