About the role.

THEY are looking for a DTP specialist with strong design and design operations expertise, with keen eye for editorial layout and typography to work at our client's office in Noida (sector 127). The role requires proficiency in ideation and communication, while managing strict timelines, ideal for individuals with experience in a creative, print media, or design and advertising agency looking for contractual opportunities in the automotive sector.

The role entails working closely with CXOs, directors, and senior leadership from a global automotive giant, developing the annual report for the financial year at our clients office in Noida (Sector 127)

Key responsibilities.

• Implement client feedback into layout updates for annual report design
• Update heavy documents through text corrections, layout adjustments, and formatting
• Ensure a rigorous standard for accuracy, consistency, and visual alignment across every page
• Prepare and Edit graphs and charts based on raw data provided
• Design simple, thoughtful infographics to support the report content
• Create print-ready files tailored to exact production specifications
• Navigate multiple rounds of revisions, ensuring high quality within quick timelines

Experience & skills required.

• 1 to 4 years of experience in production design, DTP operator, or a similar rigorous formatting role
• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
• Grasp of data visualisation basics, preparing clean charts, graphs, and basic infographics from data
• Understanding of layout formatting and print-ready file preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large documents and multiple revisions

Additional Requirement

• This is a dedicated 2-month contractual role.
• This role requires an on-site presence at the clients office in Noida, 5 days a week.
