As the Tech Lead for the Java connectivity software development team, you will guide the technical direction and ensure project success. Responsibilities

• You will be functionally responsible for leading a team of 3-5 people
• You will be accountable for SW development and release of one or more Java SW components
• Your role includes
• overseeing the design and implementation of effective connectivity solutions
• fostering team collaboration,
• promoting software development best practices.
• you will architect scalable systems that address the product needs
• You will mentor junior developers, encourage knowledge sharing, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 7-11 years of experience in Automotive embedded SW development using Core JAVA/C++.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Connectivity Domain
• Experience in Linux operating system and Strong knowledge on Object Oriented programming
• Experience in varies communication protocols like Serial protocols, TCP/IP, HTTP, MQTT, Wifi/Bluetooth
• Experience in POSIX application development or any another well-known API standards
• Experience in working with Apertis or similar platform
• Experience in vehicle network protocols like CAN and Ethernet
• Well acquainted with IDEs like eclipse, IntelliJ
• Thorough understanding of java build systems ant, maven, gradle
• Tools knowledge : git, jira, gerrit, Doors, DoorsNG, Enterprise architecture.
• Having been a part of an agile team and familiar with agile architecture in SAFe
• Good to have experience in DevOps,
