Job Description

About the role: Owner of Circle D2C business primarily Broadband LOB. To plan actions and roll out initiatives for delivering Net Adds for the circle keeping in view the Gross adds & churn angle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer acquisition in Broadband businesses ensuring base growth
  • Drive quality of acquisition of new customers, managing base and scaring revenue
  • Drive Lead management at the circle level with close coordination with the concerned stakeholders
  • Lead the design of and execution of “go to market” strategy for the entire product portfolio 
  • Drive the extraction & utilization of the broadband assets through innovative approach
  • Drive and direct the implementation of strategies for ensuring sales force effectiveness
  • Competition tracking and pricing
  • Drive One airtel plan for Broadband channel

Educational Qualification & Experience

  • Post Graduate

Work Experience

  • Experience of 4+yrs in marketing & distribution
