Role & Responsibilities

1. Course Development & Delivery: Design and deliver lectures and labs on Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and Competitive Programming aligned with industry hiring standards.
2. Practical Learning: Conduct hands-on coding sessions, live problem-solving, debugging, and real-world projects to strengthen students practical understanding.
3. Student Mentorship: Guide students through mock interviews, coding assessments, hackathons, and job placement preparation via one-on-one and group mentorship.
4. Curriculum Innovation: Continuously update course content with emerging trends in algorithms, system design, and competitive programming platforms like LeetCode, Codeforces, and CodeChef.
5. Student Success Enablement: Help students build strong problem-solving skills, scalable system design capabilities, and confidence to succeed in product-based company interviews.

Qualifications

1. Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a Tier-1 institute (such as IITs, IIITs, or top NITs).
2. Industry Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a corporate, with hands-on experience building scalable systems.
3. Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in languages such as C++, Java, or Python.
4. Core Knowledge: Deep understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms including arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues, trees, graphs, recursion, dynamic programming, and sorting/searching techniques.
5. Competitive Programming Exposure: Experience solving problems on platforms such as LeetCode, Codeforces, or CodeChef with a strong problem-solving track record.
