About the Role

We are expanding our multi-skilled POD teams that deliver day-to-day Digital Managed Services & Operations (MSO) for leading U.S. brands in CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Financial Services.

As aDrupal Developer , you will specialize in Drupal-based digital experiences within the POD. You will handle custom module development, theme customization, performance optimization, and ongoing enhancements, collaborating closely with UX/UI Designers, Backend Developers, Analytics Dev, SEO Specialists, and Compliance to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom Drupal modules, themes, and configurations (Drupal 9/10+)
• Implement site builds, migrations, and upgrades in enterprise Drupal environments
• Optimize performance, security, and scalability (e.g., caching, CDNs, database tuning)
• Integrate Drupal with third-party systems (CDP, analytics, personalization tools, APIs)
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and compliance standards in all implementations
• Support content modeling, multisite setups, and multilingual configurations
• Collaborate on A/B testing, personalization, and SEO-friendly structures
• Participate in code reviews, QA testing, and deployment processes within the POD
• Contribute to monthly optimizations based on analytics insights and business feedback

Required Experience & Skills

• 47+ years in Drupal development with expertise in:
• Custom module and theme development (Drupal 9/10, Composer, Drush)
• Drupal architecture (entities, views, paragraphs, layout builder)
• Performance and security best practices (e.g., Twig templating, configuration management)
• Front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React for custom sections)
• Headless/decoupled Drupal setups (JSON: API, GraphQL)

Strong Integration Skills :

• Experience connecting Drupal to external systems (REST APIs, web services)
• Multisite and multilingual implementations (e.g., for global brands)
• Migration tools (Migrate API, Drupal-to-Drupal upgrades)

Tooling & Process :

• Proficiency in Git, Acquia Cloud/BLT, or similar enterprise tooling
• Comfortable in agile environments with Jira, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups

Bonus Points

• Experience in regulated industries with strict compliance requirements
• Knowledge of Drupal contrib modules for personalization and analytics integration
• Previous role in MSO/support contracts or multi-vendor ecosystems
• Exposure to modern front-end frameworks in decoupled setups
