TCS Hiring for Druid Developer & Azure
Experience Range : 05 To 08 years (mandatory)
Job Location : Pan India
Notice Period: 0-30 days or Immediate Joiners (preferred)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain knowledge-driven chatbots using DRUID or similar platforms on Azure
- Optimize chatbot performance, accuracy, and user experience
- Integrate knowledge base management and retrieval techniques
- Collaborate with teams to drive chatbot innovation
Must-Have Skills:
- DRUID Certified Developer
- Experience with Azure
- NLP and Machine Learning concepts
- Knowledge of semantic search and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS)
- Proficiency in APIs and chatbot development lifecycle
- Understanding of dialogue management and conversation design
Minimum Qualification:
15 years of Full-time education
