We are actively building a hands-on engineering team and are looking forElectrical/Mechanical/Aerospace/Systems Engineerswho want to:

• Design and iterate real flying hardware
• Work on large multirotors, propulsion systems, and structures
• See their designs tested, flown, and deployed in the field

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Drone Engineer based in Mumbai. The Drone Engineer will be responsible for developing, testing, and ensuring the successful deployment of unmanned aerial systems (UAS). Day-to-day tasks include designing airframes, enhancing autonomy systems, refining robotics functionalities, and integrating custom payloads for a variety of mission-critical applications. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams of engineers will be key to achieve innovative technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Drones, UAV technology, and their practical applications
• Expertise in Robotics and Robotics Systems Engineering
• Experience with systems integration in robotics
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in complex, high-risk environments
• Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline
• Ability to wear multiple hats, get involved in all phases of product development
• Willing to travel for field testing and demonstrations
