Fixed Term Contract of Engagement

This has reference to the discussion we had with you; we are pleased to engage you as per the following terms and conditions:

1.       You will render services for a fixed period of twelve months from to 12/29/1900. 

2.        You will be assigned work in the Business Relations Department, and will report to the Lead -  or nominated authority on behalf of Lead - .  Upon the completion of a particular assignment or process of work, you may be assigned to other work / processes as deemed fit by the management during the course of your engagement. 

3.       Since you are being engaged for a fixed period of twelve months, you will neither have any right nor a lien on the job held by you. 

4.          This contract commences on and ends on, subject to your satisfactory job performance.Your performance will be reviewed regularly and at any point of time if the performance is not found to be satisfactory, management will be free to end the contract immediately without any notice or compensation for the same. The decision to re-engage your services is entirely at the discretion of the company.

5.       Your job responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

                              i.            Driving hospital vehicles including ambulance

                            ii.            Upkeep of hospital vehicles

                          iii.            Maintain log book

                           iv.            Any other job assigned from time to time.
