Job Title: Junior Draughtsman Interior Fit-outs

Location: Gurgaon, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing accurate 2D and 3D drawings for modular furniture and interior fitout projects
• Support senior team members in creating shop drawings, joinery details, and technical documentation
• Update and revise drawings based on client or project team feedback
• Coordinate with factory, site execution teams, and vendors to ensure drawings match production and installation requirements
• Maintain drawing records, revisions, and documentation as per company standards
• Learn material specifications, joinery methods, and fit-out processes under senior guidance

Expertise & Qualification:

• Diploma / ITI in Draughtsmanship, Architecture, or Interior Design (recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience)
• Strong academic/workshop portfolio with exposure to furniture or interior design projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Pytha, or similar furniture design software is an advantage
• Basic understanding of furniture materials, joinery details, and production requirements
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in drawings, and eagerness to learn industry standards
• Good communication and team collaboration skills
