Position:: DRAM Post Silicon Validation

Role and Responsibilities: SoC Validation Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with design, PHY and architecture teams to understand the DRAM requirements

2. Develop and maintain firmware for DRAM bring up and training in both pre and post Si

3. Bringup DRAM interface and analyze margins.

4. Debug Si issues in collaboration with HW and SW teams to identify root cause.

Skill Requirements:

Si validation and firmware development

2. Experience in Si bring up and pre Si or post Si validation

3. Excellent C programming skills

4. Experience in Si debug using T32, JTAG and awareness of debug methodologies Good to have: Preferred Skills

1. Experience in DRAM firmware creation

2. Knowledge of SoC architecture and LPDDR interface

3. Experience on firmware development for bare metal platform

Experience : 3-6 yrs

Notice period: Immediate -15 days .
