ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a highly skilled Draftsman with a strong background in architectural and interior working drawings . The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, technically sound, and capable of independently handling complex drawings while coordinating with architects, designers, and consultants.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

• Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
• Develop GFC drawings , joinery details, ceiling layouts, flooring, elevations, sections, and construction details
• Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, HVAC, and lighting consultants
• Ensure drawings comply with design intent, site conditions, and construction standards
• Review and update drawings based on site feedback and revisions
• Assist architects and designers in translating concepts into accurate technical drawings
• Maintain drawing quality, layering standards, and documentation accuracy

Required Skills & Software

• AutoCAD (mandatory advanced proficiency)
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and detailing
• Experience in GFC drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications
• Experience with Xrefs, CTB files, layering standards, and plotting
• Basic knowledge of SketchUp is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Good communication and coordination skills

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architecture/interior drafting
• Diploma or degree in Architecture / Civil / Interior Design / AutoCAD certificate course.
• Experience working with design studios or architectural/ interior design firms preferred
