Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Draftsman to join our team in Meerut. In this role, the Draftsman will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans, interpreting design briefs, collaborating with architects and project teams, and ensuring that all designs meet regulatory and technical standards. Additional responsibilities include revising drawings based on feedback and maintaining organized records of all drafts and documentation.

Qualifications

Proficiency in CAD software and technical drawing tools
Understanding of architectural and engineering principles
Attention to detail and accuracy in producing technical plans
Ability to interpret design briefs and translate them into precise drawings
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Time management skills to meet project deadlines
Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred
Prior experience in architectural or construction drafting is an advantage
