Were Hiring: .NET Technical Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office
We are looking for an experienced .NET Technical Manager with 8+ years of experience to lead and mentor development teams while driving high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage .NET development teams across projects
- Architect, design, and review scalable .NET solutions
- Collaborate with product, QA, and business stakeholders
- Ensure best practices in coding, performance, and security
- Mentor team members and conduct code reviews
- Drive agile processes and timely project delivery
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in .NET / C# / ASP.NET / Web APIs
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server and database design
- Experience in Azure / Cloud is a plus
- Solid understanding of software architecture & design patterns
- Proven experience in team leadership and technical management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
