Dotnet Technical Lead/Manager

Experience: 10 + Years

Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of scalable .NET-based enterprise applications across banking, healthcare, telecom, and public sector domains.

Own technical architecture, code quality, performance optimization, and security compliance (ISO 27001, ISO 27701, GDPR).

Mentor and guide senior and mid-level developers; foster a culture of continuous learning and agile delivery.

Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and SRE teams to ensure seamless CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, ADF, and Power BI.

Drive adoption of modern .NET practices: .NET 6/7/8, Microservices, RESTful APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native solutions on Azure. Lead incident resolution and root cause analysis (RCA) for P1 issues; establish 24x5 on-call support model with domain-specific experts. Ensure documentation of SOPs, architecture decisions, and monitoring dashboards (Grafana, Dynatrace). Partner with Delivery Heads and Program Managers to manage timelines, risks, and resource planning.
