Shift Timings: 11AM to 8PM

Hybrid- 2-3 days' work from office

The Engineering Manager is an integral part of the technical application development team and primarily responsible for building and delivering the enterprise IT solutions. This position provides opportunity to lead and manage projects and programs for internal IT organization. Engineering manager is a hands-on technical manager managing significant strategic and technical aspect of projects and programs, including communications with Leadership, leading multifunctional teams, quality, and adherence to standards.

Role & responsibilities

Education qualification: BE /B Tech ( IT/CS/Electronics) / MCA / MSc Computer science

5+ years of IT experience in application development, support, or maintenance activities

Must have experience on at least 2 full life cycle of software development.

Hands on experience on ASP.NET , C# , HTML , CSS , JavaScript , React / Angular, SQL server and Microsoft Azure

Preferred:

2+ years of experiencing in Agile / scrum methodology.

Client facing and exposure to onshore offshore delivery model.

Experience in working in a global environment involving multiple development sites on various time zones.
