The ideal candidate will be familiar with the full software design life cycle. They should have experience in designing, coding, testing and consistently managing applications They should be comfortable coding in a number of languages and have an ability to test code in order to maintain high-quality code.

Roles & Responsibilities-

• Browser technology and how to use the developer tools,
• Application knowledge
• infra structure understanding to do troubleshooting,
• good communication skills
• Conduct regular system checks.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems, often using advanced diagnostic tools and troubleshooting methods.
• Provide technical assistance to developers to enhance features.
• Maintain detailed records of issues, resolutions, and user interactions to improve support processes.
• Work closely with other IT professionals and departments to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT systems.
