Lead .NET Developer .NET / AWS (8+ years)

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai Hybrid (23 days/week)

About the role

Work on cloud-native backend services using C#/.NET and AWS to build resilient, scalable APIs and microservices. Youll collaborate with product, QA and DevOps to design, deliver, and operate solutions that meet performance and security SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services using C# and .NET (.NET Core / .NET 6+).
• Build and expose RESTful APIs, integrate with databases and third-party services.
• Architect and implement AWS solutions (EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, RDS, S3).
• Implement CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code (CloudFormation/Terraform), and automated tests.
• Apply cloud security best practices (IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager) and observability (CloudWatch, X-Ray).
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and participate in code reviews and mentoring.

Required skills

• 8+ years professional experience with C# and .NET (.NET Core / .NET 6+).
• Hands-on AWS experience: Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, IAM.
• Strong REST API, microservices, and message-based integration experience (SNS/SQS, EventBridge).
• CI/CD and IaC experience (Terraform/CloudFormation, GitHub Actions/Jenkins).
• Good testing practices, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-have

• Kubernetes, Docker, serverless patterns, monitoring stacks (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK).
• AWS certifications (Developer/Architect).
• Front-end exposure (Angular/React) or full-stack experience.

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
