Dotnet Developer

The ideal candidate will be familiar with the full software design life cycle. They should have experience in designing, coding, testing and consistently managing applications. They should be comfortable coding in a number of languages and have an ability to test code in order to maintain high-quality code.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer OR Backend Developer with deep expertise in the React ( Optional ) ecosystem and hands-on experience building modern Web Applications and custom Bot frameworks. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions using React libraries, Azure Bot SDK, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development.

Location - Pune, HYD, BANG, or Kolkata or Chennai

Notice Period- Immediate Only.

Experience - 3 to 10 Years.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test and manage various applications
• Collaborate with engineering team and product team to establish best products
• Follow outlined standards of quality related to code and systems
• Develop automated tests and conduct performance tuning
• Design, develop and maintain responsive Web Applications using React and related libraries
• Build and enhance custom bot frameworks leveraging Azure Bot SDK ensuring high performance and seamless user interaction
• Lead end-to-end development activities including architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation
• Integrate frontend and backend components ensuring smooth data flow and API interactions
• Utilize GitHub Copilot for code acceleration, prototyping, and continuous improvement
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners and UX/UI designers
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack
• Follow coding best practices, version control standards, and CI/CD pipelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• 3+ years of experience working with .NET or relevant experiences
• Experience developing web-based applications in C#, HTML, JavaScript, ASP, or .NET
• Experience working with MS SQL Server and MySQL
• Knowledge of practices and procedures for full software design life cycle
• Experience working in agile development environment

Required Skills

Backend Developer Skill Sets : Mandatory Skill Set :- .NET, C#, SQL, Azure Services, Design and Implement Restful APIs, Unit tests frameworks.

Full stack Developer Skill Sets : .NET, C#, React, SQL, Azure Services, Design and Implement Restful APIs, Unit tests frameworks.

• Willing to work in Afternoon shift 2 to 11pm IST.
• 7 to 8 years of proven experience working with React and its ecosystem (Hooks, Context API, Redux, Next.js preferred)
• Strong experience building and customizing bot frameworks using Azure Bot SDK
• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
• Experience with backend services, APIs, and microservice integration (Node.js preferred)
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot for enhanced productivity
• Strong understanding of cloud environments, especially Microsoft Azure
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git/GitHub)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and serverless architectures
• Knowledge of conversational AI, LLM-based bot flows, or Cognitive Services
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
