Hiring: .NET Application Developer (Mumbai)

We are looking for a skilled Application Developer to join our team in Mumbai. This role involves building high-performance system functionality, maintaining complex in-house applications, and supporting the full SDLC in a global environment.

Job Description (JD)

Core Technical Skills:

Development: Minimum .NET 4.8 (Experience with .NET Core preferred) using C#.

Databases: Hands-on experience with SQL Databases.

Scripting: Ability to write jobs using JCL (Job Control Language).

Support: Strong troubleshooting skills for incident resolution and system maintenance.

Testing: Experience in unit testing and integration scripts to validate technical specs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain .NET functions to fulfill technical and functional requirements.

Take technical responsibility for complex application systems within the domain.

Adhere to security, control, and change control processes.

Participate in technical reviews and the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure system stability and architecture compliance.

Support production on a rotation basis (including off-hour support if needed).

What We Are Looking For:

Education: Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Experience: 3-5 years in design, analysis, and coding.

Soft Skills: Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills for a global workspace.

Nice to Have: Background in the Finance/Insurance industry or German language skills.
