Job Description : Backend Developer (.NET 8+)

Role Overview: -

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer (.NET 8+) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building and maintaining enterprise-grade backend services, working within CI/CD pipelines, and deploying applications on Kubernetes. This role requires a mix of technical excellence, collaboration across teams, and the ability to thrive in structured enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET 8 and above.
• Collaborate with architects and senior engineers on system design and performance optimization.
• Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams on CI/CD processes and Kubernetes deployments.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise-level governance, compliance, and change control processes.
• Communicate effectively across teams and time zones to manage deliverables and priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development with .NET 8+.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and RESTful API design.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage priorities in a global setup.
• Experience in enterprise environments with familiarity in change control and internal governance processes.
