Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist - Technology

We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. You will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier tech talent (developers, testers, DevOps, etc.) to fuel IMR Soft's innovation and project delivery.

For Non-IT Recruiters:

Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist - Corporate Functions

We are looking for a dynamic non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our critical corporate functions. You will be responsible for identifying and hiring exceptional talent for roles in sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Administration, and support.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to offer rollout for assigned requirements.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical/functional needs, team culture, and project specifics.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels: job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews (telephonic/video), and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently between candidates and interview panels.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and build a talent pool for critical and recurring positions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Prepare and present weekly recruitment reports and metrics to the TA Lead/HR Manager.
