Job Title: IT Recruiter (Domestic Shift)

Location: Ithum Tower, Noida-62 (Onsite)

Experience: 3-5 Years

Shift Hours: 09:00 AM to 06:30 PM (IST)

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our Domestic Recruitment Team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT hiring for the Indian market, strong sourcing abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT positions (screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and closing candidates).
• Source and attract candidates through various channels such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Collaborate with delivery managers and hiring teams to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Evaluate candidates through resume screening and interviews to ensure alignment with job specifications.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to ensure timely delivery.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of Naukri.com and other job portals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Basic understanding of various IT technologies and job roles.
