Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Domestic Delivery Manager IT Recruitment (C2H) to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and permanent technical requirements. The role demands strong expertise in domestic IT hiring, client engagement, SLA management, and team leadership to ensure high-quality and timely talent delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end C2H IT recruitment delivery for domestic clients
• Manage technical hiring across skills such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, SAP, QA, UI/UX , etc.
• Handle C2H lifecycle including onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, conversion tracking, and billing support
• Manage and mentor recruiters and team leads to achieve delivery targets
• Ensure adherence to SLA, TAT, quality metrics, and closure ratios
• Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand requirements and workforce planning
• Track daily/weekly delivery metrics and present performance reports
• Handle escalations related to candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Drive process improvements and best practices for C2H hiring models
• Support ramp-ups, bulk hiring, and niche skill demands

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong hands-on experience in C2H IT recruitment
• Deep understanding of domestic staffing models and compliance
• Proven ability to manage high-volume and niche technical hiring
• Experience with ATS and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• MBA / PGDM in HR or related field preferred

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with IT staffing firms or service-based companies
• Exposure to contract, permanent, and C2H conversion models
• Experience managing multiple clients and delivery teams
• Familiarity with Indian labor laws and C2H compliance is a plus
