Job Description

Were expanding our Domestic Holidays team and are looking for an experienced Domestic Operations Executive who can manage end-to-end holiday operations with precision, ownership, and a strong customer focus.


Key Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in Domestic Holiday Operations (FIT & GIT leisure travel).
  • Strong expertise in domestic destination knowledge and customized itinerary planning.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end bookings including hotels, transport, sightseeing, and activities.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with vendors, hotels, transporters, and DMCs, including rate negotiations.
  • Experience in handling pre-departure operations, documentation, vouchers, and tour confirmations.
  • Skilled in providing on-ground operational support and resolving service-related escalations.
  • Customer-focused mindset with experience in post-trip feedback and service improvement.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, email communication, and operational reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform in a deadline-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

1. Tour Planning & Itinerary Management

  • Plan, customize, and manage domestic holiday itineraries in line with client requirements.
  • Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and activity partners to finalize inclusions and services.

2. Booking & Operational Coordination

  • Handle end-to-end bookings for hotels, transportation, sightseeing, guides, and other travel services.
  • Ensure all confirmations are received, documented, and verified prior to tour commencement.

3. Vendor & Partner Management

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with hotels, transporters, and DMCs.
  • Negotiate rates and terms to ensure competitive pricing and service quality.
  • Monitor vendor performance and address service discrepancies proactively.

4. Pre-Departure Operations

  • Prepare and verify tour documentation, vouchers, and emergency contact details.
  • Conduct pre-departure coordination and briefings as required.
  • Cross-check all logistics to ensure accuracy and readiness before travel.

5. On-Ground Tour Support

  • Provide real-time operational support to customers during the tour.
  • Manage escalations related to accommodation, transport, activities, or itinerary changes.
  • Coordinate with on-ground teams to resolve issues efficiently and maintain service standards.

6. Customer Experience & Quality Management

  • Ensure consistent service excellence across the entire travel lifecycle.
  • Collect and document post-trip feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in complaint resolution and contribute toward customer retention and repeat business.
