Position Details

Position: Domestic IT Recruiter (Fresher)

Location: Hyderabad

Qualification: B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, MBA (HR), B.Tech - 20222025 pass-outs

Compensation: As per company policy + Performance Incentives

Role Summary

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to handle the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a strong interest in HR and recruitment. This role is perfect for fresh graduates eager to build a career in Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process

Understand job requirements and client hiring needs

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels

Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews

Schedule and coordinate technical interviews

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Support offer and onboarding coordination

Required Skills & Competencies

Good verbal and written communication skills

Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer)

Strong interpersonal and coordination skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet)

Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment

Positive attitude and professionalism
