Role Summary:

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to handle the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a strong interest in HR and recruitment. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions
• Understand job requirements and client hiring needs
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Schedule and coordinate technical interviews
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support offer and onboarding coordination

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer)
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet)
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment
• Positive attitude and professionalism

Education & Eligibility:

• B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, MBA (HR), B.Tech - 20222025 pass-outs
• Freshers with interest in HR and recruitment are encouraged to apply
