Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Domestic IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions within the domestic market. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, experience working with job portals, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.


Key Responsibilities:


Handle full-cycle recruitment for domestic IT requirements.


Understand client requirements and job descriptions thoroughly.


Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, and internal databases.


Screen and shortlist profiles based on technical skills and client expectations.


Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule technical interviews.


Coordinate with candidates and clients for interview feedback.


Negotiate salary and finalize offers.


Follow up with candidates until onboarding/joining.


Maintain candidate database and update ATS regularly.


Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets.


Build strong talent pipelines for recurring IT requirements.


Required Skills:


Strong understanding of IT technologies


Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.


Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


Good knowledge of domestic hiring processes.


Experience in working with contract and permanent roles.


Preferred Qualifications:


Bachelors Degree (Any discipline).


MBA/PGDM in HR (Preferred).


36 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment.
