Domain Knowledge on Industrial Automation.
Commissioning experience in any industrial automation platform
Good knowledge of PLC programming, HMI , SCADA, Diagnostics, and troubleshooting
Understanding of industrial communication protocols(PROFINET,Profibus, Modbus OPC UA, Industrial Ethernet.etc)
Added advantage: Hands-on experience with TIA Portal, WinCC and Simatic products.
