| Must-Have** (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) | - Hands on Experience in Drilling optimisation, Well engineering, Production optimization, Asset performance, Exploration & reservoir characterization, Data Management activities for data-driven decision-making. - Experience of working with geoscientists, drilling engineers, production engineers, & data specialists to develop & deploy digital solutions to improve efficiency and maximize hydrocarbon recovery. - Experience deploying Digital technologies such as IoT, Digital Twin, Robotics, Computer Vision, AI/ML - Strategic thinking , Problem-solving mindset, good communication and presentation skills, Project management experience |
| Good-to-Have | - Expertise in reservoir simulation (Petrel, Eclipse, CMG), seismic interpretation, and drilling automation. - Experience in data analysis, statistical modelling, Data Science, GenAI - Familiarity with SCADA, DCS, cloud computing, and industrial cybersecurity standards |
