Role: Domian Specialist Corporate Actions

Experience required: 6 to 10 years

Location:- Gurgaon, Bangalore, Chennai

Required technical Skillset:-

1. Have strong d functional background and understanding of banking products Implementation.
2. Understands the complete lifecycle of Corporate ActionsManages Cost and Budgets

MUST HAVE:-

1. Understands the complete lifecycle of Corporate Actions
2. Have worked in automation of Corporate Actions with financial institutions in similar capacity
3. Experience in SWIFT MT and MX messages
4. Understand the integration model of A Corporate Actions system
5. Understand the nuances of working with custodians, asset managers & investment banking

Role Description:-

1. Strong anaytical skills and understanding of business process
2. Have sound understanding of Capital market business model
3. Prior exposure to Customer facing roles or Prospect interactions is MUST
4. Identifies critical risks and classify their based criticality and work towards the mitigation plan
5. Identification of back up plans to mitigate or reduce or eliminate risks or reoccurrence.
6. Coordinates onsite and offshore teams in order to keep the track of deliveries.
7. Provide review on critical dependencies on the program (both functional and technical)
8. Monitor the gaps and make right escalation to stakeholders.
