Job Description
- 10-15 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
- Joining Time Required - Immediate - Max 30 Days only.
- At least 4+ years of Recent hands-on experience in the Banking or BFSI domain (Mandatory)
- Strong understanding of core banking concepts, products, and processes
- Experience working on data, analytics, insights, or BI projects
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques and documentation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (business, data, IT)
- Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI
- Basic understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and reporting concepts
Good to have :
- Experience in Agile delivery environments
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance reporting (AML, KYC, Risk, etc.)
