We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Practice Delivery Head to oversee the operational side, service line operations (SL-OPS), and multiple deliveries within the CETRM domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a delivery project manager in the Commodity and Trading space, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and ensuring successful outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the operational side and service line operations (SL-OPS) within the CETRM domain, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of solutions to clients.
- Manage and coordinate multiple deliveries concurrently, overseeing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
- Develop and implement delivery strategies to optimize operational efficiency and ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to delivery teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and aligning delivery processes to meet their business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and enhance overall service delivery capabilities.
- Leverage expertise as a delivery project manager within the Commodity and Trading space to provide insights and best practices to project teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certification in project management is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing service line operations and multiple deliveries within the CETRM domain.
- Strong background as a delivery project manager in the Commodity and Trading space, with a deep understanding of industry-specific requirements and challenges.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate delivery teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to clients.
