Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in business management roles within the energy or electricity market domain.
- At least 3–5 years of functional experience in electricity ma rket operations, trading, market risk or related areas.
- Strong understanding of electricity market structures, regulations, and software solutions, digital tools and technology.
- Proven track record in business development and P&L management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
