Key Responsibilities

• Complete Level 3 departmental reading assignments (all procedures).
• Support and maintain project distribution lists.
• Coordinate with project teams on technical and document control-related matters.
• Participate in project meetings as required.
• Share ideas for process improvements within the department.
• Perform quality checks on project records under guidance from senior document control staff.
• Execute data entry and typing tasks at a proficient level.
• Work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Provide training and mentoring to junior staff under supervision.
• Deliver internal communication and customer service as directed.
• Assist in training users on company EDMS (ProjectWise).
• Independently manage work assignments with moderate supervision.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Contribute as a supportive, team-driven professional.

Required Skills

• 24 years of experience in data coordination or BIM.
• Hands-on experience working with ProjectWise .
• Experience in railway or similar large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with major CAD design tools (e.g., MicroStation, Navisworks, AutoCAD ).
