Key Responsibilities

Training and on-boarding new doctors: Ensuring smooth on-boarding in the system in coordination with HR, TA team
Train new and existing doctors: Training based on tenure in the system across contours of a) compliance, b) internal quality benchmarks; conduct refresher training based on quality gaps and feedback
Cross-functional collaboration with Quality team: Work with Quality team to review doctor calls and improve call quality
New initiatives: Suggest and run initiatives to improve doctor performance and patient experience as per mandate from leadership
