Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Utilize job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking for sourcing candidates.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Interviewing & Selection:

Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure the right fit.
Negotiate offer letters, compensation, and benefits with selected candidates.

Onboarding & Induction:

Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, from documentation to orientation.
Conduct induction programs to familiarize new employees with the company culture, policies, and processes.
Monitor and enhance the employee experience during the initial months.

Employer Branding & Talent Engagement:

Strengthen Organo Eco Habitats employer brand through effective recruitment marketing strategies.
Engage in campus hiring, job fairs, and industry networking to attract top talent.
Implement innovative hiring techniques to enhance the candidate experience.

HR Coordination & Reporting:

Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports for analysis and decision-making.
Collaborate with the HR team to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in hiring practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition.

Strong expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
