Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Utilize job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking for sourcing candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.


Interviewing & Selection:

  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure the right fit.
  • Negotiate offer letters, compensation, and benefits with selected candidates.


Onboarding & Induction:

  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, from documentation to orientation.
  • Conduct induction programs to familiarize new employees with the company culture, policies, and processes.
  • Monitor and enhance the employee experience during the initial months.


Employer Branding & Talent Engagement:

  • Strengthen Organo Eco Habitats employer brand through effective recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Engage in campus hiring, job fairs, and industry networking to attract top talent.
  • Implement innovative hiring techniques to enhance the candidate experience.


HR Coordination & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports for analysis and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in hiring practices.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


Bachelor's/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition.

Strong expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
