Deputy Manager Enterprise RiskThe position is responsible for leading teams to deliver solution offerings primarily related to Enterprise Risk Management and Corporate Governance The candidate must have an understanding about Enterprise Risk Management, COSO 2017 ERM, ISO31000 Frameworks and experience in process documentation, developing Risk Control Matrices, perform control testing and Report writing.Candidate must have team management capabilities experience of managing team size ranging between 2-3 people.Candidate must have experience in managing sales pitchesRoles and ResponsibilitiesManaging projects and performing ERM implementations and assessmentsProject management capabilities and Execution of client engagement related to Internal Financial Control, process risk, process compliance and reviews, Standard Operating procedures manuals & Enterprise risk Management.Sales lead generationsCreating proposals and working on sales pitchesInvolved in risk evaluations and reviewing design and program development plans across various functional domains of the organization.Understand business & industry issues / trends. Identify areas requiring improvement in the client's business processes to enable preparation of recommendations.Project planning and ensuring that products/deliverables meet project requirement and work plansEnsure compliance with engagement plans and internal quality & risk management procedures.Eligibility criteria and requirements:3-5 years of experience in Risk AdvisoryChartered Accountant/MBA (Strategy or Finance) Understanding of business processes, internal control concepts, business risk and control frameworksExposure to process reviews, standard operating procedure and other risk management engagements would be preferredKnowledge of process gaps identification, IFC, Companies Act, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Corporate GovernanceSkills and CompetencyProject Management ExperienceManaging and coaching teamsClient relationship managementExceptional communication, inter-personal and analytical skill and stakeholder managementExecute work plans and manage projects effectivelyWorks well in a team-oriented environment as well as independentlyOpen to travel as necessary to meet client requirements.Build and maintain client relationship by understanding and being responsive to client needs and ensuring high quality of deliverable
