Are you a powerhouse in the Critical Care and Hospital Business? Our German Pharma MNC is looking for a visionary Divisional Sales Manager (DSM) to lead one of our most vital territories.

The Role: District Sales Manager (DSM)

Based in Chennai, you will be the strategic architect for our Fluid and Critical Care business, managing a large-scale field force and driving national-level impact.

• Headquarter: Chennai
• Coverage: Entire South Zone & Mumbai
• Reporting to: Business Unit (BU) Head

Team Scale:

• Directly manage 6 Business Managers (First Line Managers).
• Lead an overall organization of 50+ Territory Managers.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Clinical Pedigree: Mandatory experience in Critical Care / Fluid sales management within a hospital environment.
• Leadership Depth: Proven track record of managing large, multi-tiered teams and high-value portfolios.
• Territory Mastery: Deep understanding of the South Zone and Mumbai hospital ecosystems.
• Strategic Acumen: Ability to drive institutional listings and manage complex P&L responsibilities.

Compensation:

• CTC: Up to 27 Lakhs PA + Performance Bonuses.
