Distribution Manager

Role: Distribution Manager Beverage Industry

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end distribution operations across assigned territory to ensure timely product availability in market.
• Oversee distributors, stockists, and logistics partners to maintain efficient supply flow.
• Plan and execute secondary sales strategies to achieve volume and market share targets.
• Monitor inventory levels at warehouses and distributor points to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
• Ensure proper route planning and delivery efficiency for last-mile distribution.
• Track distributor performance, ROI, and adherence to company policies.
• Drive expansion by appointing new distributors in uncovered or underperforming markets.
• Analyze sales data, demand trends, and territory performance to optimize supply planning.
• Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and warehouse teams for smooth dispatch and replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with company standards for storage, handling, and transportation of beverages.
• Resolve market issues such as delayed deliveries, damages, or distributor disputes.
• Submit periodic reports on distribution metrics, fill rates, coverage, and efficiency.
