Purpose of the role:

We are looking for a Distinguished Data Scientist to work closely with the AI/ML leadership team and drive high-impact, enterprise-level AI initiatives. The role focuses on building scalable AI solutions, advancing research-driven innovation, and providing strategic guidance on AI infrastructure and advanced modeling techniques.

The ideal candidate will have deep industry exposure, strong research orientation, and experience delivering complex AI/ML projects in production environments.

Job Details:

• Experience: 10 + years of experience or morehaving driven impactful AI /ML projects
• CTC Bracket: Competitive, aligned with industry standards
• Qualification: BE / B Tech / MCA / BCA / MTech.
• Location: Mumbai
• Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days (Candidates with notice period of less than 30 days are preferred)

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven research experience in AI/ML projects , including academic research, applied innovation, or published work
• Strong educational background from a top-tier institution , preferably IITs, BITS Pilani, or equivalent reputed universities

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, and AI systems
• Hands-on experience in optimization techniques, mathematical modeling, and signal processing
• Experience designing and scaling AI/ML infrastructure and platforms
• Strong research background with publications, patents, or academic collaborations
• Ability to mentor senior data scientists and influence technical direction
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong programming and analytical problem-solving capability

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and architect high-impact AI/ML initiatives across business functions

Drive advanced modeling, optimization, and algorithmic solutions for complex problems

Provide strategic guidance on AI infrastructure, frameworks, and best practices

Collaborate with business, engineering, and leadership teams to translate problems into AI solutions

Lead research initiatives, contribute to whitepapers, publications, and innovation programs

Mentor and guide data science teams, setting technical standards and vision

Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption where relevant
